Requirements:
· High cognitive abilities
· MBA or equivalent work experience.
· 12+ years of in-depth strategic internet marketing experience
· Significant internet marketing experience working with social networking sites such as MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, etc
· Significant experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, with strong understanding and use of demographics and marketing analytics
· Proven experience creating and growing a successful a commercial Internet presence

Responsibilities will include:
· Quite simply, collaborating with your fellow founding entrepreneurs to prove the viability of the vision, and to build the future in a world-class web experience.
· Collaborative team development of post-social networking internet value creation to individual consumers, business, and affinity groups.
· You will lead the development and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy, define and build a compelling user experience to attract and retain members of an online community.
· You will also define and implement the company’s internet advertising sales strategy
